Get a single item

GET

https://itemdb.com.br/api/v2/items/{id_name}

Lookup by internal_id, slug, or name (LIKE match unless the caller passes wildcards).

Cache: Redis + CDN for successful GETs. TTL follows the request intent. Cache hits do not consume API quota; database misses do. Use ?fresh=1 to bypass Redis (still counts toward quota; response is no-store). 404s are never cached.
